Here's how we handle repairs and warranties:
  • We need to authorize all repair and warranty services.

  • If you need help, just fill out the Contact Support form below. We'll aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Quick heads up

Before we give you the green light for a return, our tech team will try to troubleshoot the problem remotely via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls. It might take a few back-and-forths to really understand what's going on, so we appreciate your patience. This helps us nail down the issue and sort it out ASAP. Once we've got a handle on things, we'll give you the OK to send it back.

  • Once we've approved your service request, we'll shoot you over an Authorization Number (RMA#).

  • When you're ready to ship the product back, please make sure it's in its original box and send it with tracking to the designated service center.
