VAT Prepaid (DDP) Shipping Option

We offer Delivered Deliver Duty Paid (DDP) shipping option for customers who reside in the EU/UK. To you, as a customers who live in the EU, it is as if the product is shipped within the EU after the package is cleared from the customs. The courier crew will deliver the package to your doorstep, you do not need to pay additional charges on top of what you have paid when placing the order.

The typical timeline of DDP shipment is as follows:

• Package hand over to the shipping company on the day you receive the tracking information
• Shipping company export the package to the EU
• Once the package arrived in the EU, i.e. Liege Airport, customs clearance process begin
• Once the customs clearance is completed, local courier (i.e. DPD/DHL) will pick up the package for delivery
• The package will be delivered within the EU to your doorstep

The shipment takes about 18-20days to complete.
