A short video to answer some of the most frequently asked questions we received over the past few weeks - ever since we release the Ares 12th, and reintroducing the Ares II as Enyo DAC.

Ares II is renamed to Enyo
They are identical inside-out

Ares 12th Anniversary Edition
Incorporated with the most wanted features - NOS/OS button and I2S input
Ares 12th doesn't replace the Enyo. Both models will coexist

Rumours - Ares 12th doesn't sound good on its own, it needs a DDC and I²S connection to perform at its best

DENAFRIPRS proprietary USB input is of very high quality, one of the best on the market. It is not inferior in anyway.
The purpose of the DDC is to galvanic isolate the digital signal noise, FIFO buffer and reclock the signal, and output the lower jitters digital signal to external DAC(s)
The addition of DDC is not a must but may be a welcome option for customers who use a consumer grade computer/transport
